Live carving and presentation throughout the agreed hours. Afterwards, the station is cleared away and any remaining ham is handed over as arranged with the organisers.

The price depends on the date, venue, guest count, service duration and ham selection. There is no single published rate: we agree what the service and travel include in a proposal for your event.
Which corporate events can include ham carving?
Receptions, company dinners, client gatherings, conferences and other business celebrations. The format and service hours are agreed around the programme and guest count.
Does the service include full catering?
This is a specialist ham carving service. Full catering, drinks, furniture and other services are not assumed to be included: they are coordinated with the venue or suppliers and the scope is set out in your proposal.
Can you speak with guests in English?
Yes. I can handle enquiries and planning in English and explain the product to international guests during the service.
Do you work with hotels and event agencies?
Yes. I can coordinate the carving station location, access and timings with the hotel, agency, company or catering contact.
Can you travel outside Lleida?
Yes, I can travel anywhere in Spain. The date, logistics and travel costs are agreed in your proposal.
What do you need to prepare a proposal?
The date, town or city, venue, approximate guest count and planned service hours. Please also say whether you already have the ham and who is coordinating catering or setup.
