The price depends on the date, venue, guest count, service duration and ham selection. There is no single published rate: we agree what the service and travel include in a proposal for your event.
When is ham usually served at a wedding?
Usually during the drinks reception or cocktail hour. Additional banquet service can be arranged. We plan the timings around your photographs, entrances, speeches and catering schedule.
How much ham will we need?
It depends on the weight and type of ham, guest count, portion size and the rest of your menu. I will help estimate the pieces required for your reception rather than assume a fixed yield for every ham.
Can we plan a destination wedding in English?
Yes. I can discuss the service in English and coordinate with your venue, wedding planner and caterer in Spain. I can also speak with international guests during the carving service.
What does the venue need to provide?
A stable table, suitable lighting and convenient access for setup. We agree the station location, work surface and any venue requirements in advance.
What will you wear?
We agree attire to suit your wedding, such as a suit and tie or a chef’s jacket, together with your venue and catering requirements.
Can you help us choose the ham?
Yes. You can provide your own ham or discuss selection and sourcing as part of your proposal. We confirm which option is included before you book.
Do you travel to wedding venues across Spain?
Yes. I am based in Lleida and can travel throughout Spain, subject to availability. Travel arrangements and costs are agreed for your date and location.
