The station is cleared away and the area left tidy. Any remaining ham is presented as agreed, with a final check with the host.

The price depends on the date, venue, guest count, service duration and ham selection. There is no single published rate: we agree what the service and travel include in a proposal for your event.
How long does private ham carving take?
The duration depends on guest count, the ham and the pace of your evening. We agree the service hours in advance and discuss any extension before booking.
Can you carve my own ham?
Yes. I can carve a ham you already have or help select and source one. Tell me which option you prefer when enquiring.
What do I need to prepare at home?
A stable table, suitable lighting and convenient access. The carving station is compact and the carving itself does not need a kitchen or electrical supply. We agree the working area in advance.
How many guests will one ham serve?
Yield varies with the ham’s weight, type and condition, as well as portion size and what else you are serving. I will help plan a suitable quantity for your dinner.
What will you wear?
We agree attire to suit your evening, such as a suit and tie or a chef’s jacket for a live carving format.
Can you travel outside Lleida?
Yes. I can travel throughout Spain, subject to availability. We agree the location, logistics and travel costs in advance.
Can we arrange the dinner in English?
Yes. I can discuss the details with you in English and explain Spanish ham to your guests during the service.
